We are seeking an experienced Corporate Solicitor (Professional Support Lawyer) with 4+ years PQE for a role in Birmingham, offering a salary of £75,000+ (DOE). This is an excellent opportunity for a professional looking for a new challenge.

The Role:

• Join a dynamic national Corporate team.
• Support Corporate lawyers, especially those specializing in private equity, with high-level technical input and strategic knowledge.
• Develop and maintain market-leading precedents, guidance, and resources for a broad range of corporate transactions.
• Lead and support document automation and innovation projects.
• Provide research support and answer complex legal and technical queries.
• Create and deliver legal updates and training sessions.

Skills Required:
