Our client, a luxury Italian restaurant group, is seeking a talented Social Media & Content Manager to join their team based in Manchester. This role offers an opportunity to create captivating content for three unique brands and elevate their online presence in the hospitality industry.

As Social Media & Content Manager, you will develop and implement social media strategies for multiple venues, sharing the essence of each site. Your content will inspire, engage, and foster a deeper connection with the community of food lovers and guests.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute creative social media strategies across platforms like Instagram and TikTok to increase engagement and brand awareness.
2. Create engaging content, including photos, videos, stories, and posts that showcase the brands authentically.
3. Manage content production by traveling to venues, coordinating photoshoots, and working with photographers and stakeholders.
4. Monitor social media trends to identify opportunities for viral content and follower growth.
5. Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align campaigns with brand goals.
6. Measure and report on social media performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, preferably in hospitality or luxury sectors.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms, tools, and analytics.
• Excellent copywriting, editing, and visual content creation skills.
