Solutions Product Manager

This role offers the opportunity to join Vax's established and high-performing Product Management team. Reporting to the Head of Solutions, the Product Manager will oversee a portfolio of products across the EMEA region, aiming to surpass market impact, sales, and margin targets while championing the consumer and brand.

In this role, you will become an expert in your category, building knowledge through personal experience and consumer insights, which will be central to your strategy.

Day to Day

1. Category Sales-out & Commercial Performance: Develop a deep understanding of sales performance across categories and influence impact on P&L to meet commercial targets.
2. Consumer Insight: Collaborate with the Insight team to conduct studies and workshops to understand category or product areas, supporting decision-making.
3. Market & Trends: Analyze market dynamics using data, competitor intelligence, and research to stay ahead of trends.
4. Roadmap Management: Work with stakeholders to develop product roadmaps, identify gaps, and explore new opportunities.
5. New Product Definition: Define and evolve product specifications via MRD documents, balancing performance, consumer experience, technical, and cost considerations.
6. New Product Development: Coordinate with NPD teams and suppliers to manage product development stages and approvals.
7. Supplier Management: Manage relationships with suppliers to ensure access to innovation at favorable terms.
8. Product Launch & Campaign: Oversee product launches, coordinating assets and content with marketing and creative teams.
9. Product Collateral: Manage delivery of product materials, digital content, user guides, and packaging.
10. Presentations: Present strategies and product updates to internal teams and customers.
