Duties

1. Hands-on leadership of a key product framework at Deel
2. Manage PM teams (each team has its own mix of Product Manager, Designers, FE and BE engineers, QA, analysts and operations according to its purpose)
3. Perform tactical work alongside your team for bug fixes and escalation remediation
4. Build industry-leading solutions to complex problems in a high-dependency environment
5. Be part of the journey to redefine a way of working for people worldwide

Requirements

1. At least 2 years of experience as a Lead Product Manager in a fast-paced environment (ideally scale-up/start-up)
2. Understanding of frameworks and scaling functions across platforms
3. Minimum 7 years experience as a Product Manager
4. Willingness and ability to be hands-on when needed
5. Strong understanding of Product, Design, and Leadership
6. Preferably based in EMEA
