Salary: £51,051 per annum, plus night shift allowance. 22.5 days annual leave with bank holidays, a defined contribution pension scheme, and a weekend shift supplement (£51 for Saturday, £102 for Sunday).

The successful candidate will cover the Chelmsford Mail Centre shift rotation, with some voluntary flexibility to meet our 24/7 operational needs, including overtime and shift pattern flexibility.
This is a Pool position requiring adaptability to step in for other Technicians during their leave or sick leave. When not covering, you will follow the shift rota below:

Full-time, 40 hours/week. Responsible for maintaining automation assets through preventative, predictive, and corrective maintenance, supporting continuous improvement, and collaborating with operational stakeholders to optimize equipment performance.
Qualified in electrical and mechanical engineering (minimum ONC Electrical Engineering / NVQ Level 3 or equivalent). Knowledge of Health & Safety legislation, experience maintaining automation equipment, and a flexible, communicative approach. A full UK driving licence is required for occasional site travel.
