Reporting to: Head of Pricing & Recurring Revenue, EMEIA

Location: Opening Solutions EMEIA Headquarters, Woking, UK

Secondment: 3 months in Europe to expand your skills

Purpose of the Role:

Supporting the Head of Pricing & Recurring Revenue, you will develop and implement best practices in tools and processes to drive business improvements. You will oversee the Commercial Excellence assessment process, working with regional teams and external IT providers to enhance platforms and processes.

You will deliver top-tier processes supported by advanced tools, focusing on market & sales trends to enable proactive decisions, supporting sales growth and EBIT targets. You will also support various programs like Customer Experience, CRM, D365 rollout, Full Potential sales, and training initiatives. A 3-month secondment in Europe is part of this role.

Principal Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and support the Commercial Excellence assessment processes.
  • Manage the online platform and website, including supplier relations and new functionalities.
  • Support Customer Experience programs and develop related materials.
  • Assist in developing training webinars and support materials.
  • Support the Full Potential sales project and other activities, including communications and meetings.
Essential Qualifications & Experience:
  • BA or BSc in Business/Finance; practical experience is a plus.
  • Experience in a global, multicultural organization is beneficial.
  • Excellent communication and networking skills.
  • Understanding of project management and business process analysis.
  • Knowledge of CRM and BI tools.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are advantageous.
  • Willingness to travel (15-25%).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
