We are hiring a Sales & Leasing Manager. The Leasing Manager is responsible for leasing and maintaining rental suites to ensure optimal occupancy levels. They also introduce potential residents to the home and foster community relationships. The General Manager may also assign other related duties to the Leasing Manager.

What You Will Do:

• Drive occupancy and meet or exceed sales goals
• Manage leads and inquiries from prospective residents and families
• Schedule visits, provide information, and follow up
• Build trusting relationships with prospective residents and families
• Develop partnerships within the community through outreach
• Maintain leads, community contacts, and deposits in the lead management system
• Manage budget and expenses
• Support team members as part of the service team
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications or Skills Required:

• Covid-19 vaccination is mandatory
• Strong communication skills (oral, written, listening)
• Experience in sales and/or marketing with a focus on customer service
• Empathetic, caring, and skilled in relationship building
• Knowledge of the local area and communities
• Class G/Class 5 driver’s license with a clean abstract and access to a vehicle (Ontario/Alberta)
• Current CPR & First Aid Certification
• Proficiency with customer management databases and computer skills
• Strong organizational, planning, and management skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
