Role Responsibilities

• Fabrication & welding of mild steel platform chassis components to specified standards
• Operation of automated plasma/seam welders

Candidate Requirements

• Experience in fabrication and welding
• Proficiency with jigs and assembly fixtures for high-quality repetitive components
• Full understanding of MIG welding process
• TIG welding experience is desirable but not essential

Working Hours

Day shift: 07:30 - 16:30 Monday - Thursday, 07:30 - 13:30 Friday, with regular structured overtime.

Compensation and Benefits

• Guaranteed basic salary of £34,600 per annum based on 40 hours/week, plus a guaranteed minimum weekly bonus of £45
• Overtime paid at premium rates: Level A at £23.27/hr (x 1.5), Level B at £31.02/hr (x 2.0)
• Additional monthly bonus aligned to business performance, averaging £280 - £350
• Annual bonus (approx. £500)
• 25 days holiday (up to 30 with service) plus bank holidays
