We're seeking an experienced and proactive Marketing Manager to join the team. You will be responsible for owning all events and growing the marketing influenced pipeline from strategy to execution. The successful candidate will cover a busy schedule for both online and offline events in the UK and around the world, including in-house events for our Testathon brand and external industry conferences for Global App Testing (approximately 1-2 events each month). You will also drive marketing influenced pipeline and generate MQLs and SQLs through onsite activations and support of the sales team.
This role is based in London and requires working from the office 2 days per week.

Requirements
Based in London with frequent travel, managing a busy events calendar (~12 events/year) to increase brand awareness and revenue.
What You'll Own
- Strategy and execution of industry and in-house events, online and offline.
- Generating pipeline and MQLs/SQLs via onsite activations and sales support.
- Managing campaign activity across email, social, landing pages, etc.
- Handling event collateral, inventory, and logistics.
- Engaging with teams, creating experiences, and managing relationships with vendors and clients.
- Identifying new opportunities, managing budgets, and analyzing ROI using CRM tools like HubSpot.
- Organizing media coverage, travel arrangements, and onsite logistics.
- Researching new prospects and establishing partnerships at events.
- Managing AV equipment and speaking opportunities.
