Secondary Science Teacher - Full or Part time

Looking for a qualified teacher to work in a SEMH school. Strong SEMH experience is a must.

Contract: Full Time or Part Time, term time only

Location: Ruddington, Nottinghamshire

About our school:

Providing specialist education for 7-18 year olds with social, emotional, and mental health difficulties (SEMH). Our pupils may have diagnoses including ASD, ACES, ADHD, FASD, anxiety, communication and interaction challenges, cognition, and learning needs.

Class sizes do not exceed 6 pupils and are supported by a qualified class teacher with up to 2 teaching assistants.

Our school supports pupils with SEMH and various diagnoses such as Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, FASD, Sensory Processing Disorder, attachment needs, and mild to moderate learning needs.

This role is an excellent opportunity for an experienced teacher to help shape the growth of our new provision and enrich the lives of our pupils. It allows you to develop your skills as a class teacher while working in a rewarding sector of education.
