• Plan and deliver engaging Science lessons across KS3/KS4
• Working in a range of schools across the Derby area
• Day to day, short term and long term roles available, with the potential to go permanent
• Use innovative teaching methods to inspire and motivate students to excel in Science
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to support their learning.

Requirements

To be considered for the role of General Science Teacher you will:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent in Science Education.
• Strong subject knowledge and a genuine passion for Science
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners.
• Commitment to continuous professional development and improvement.
• Ability to obtain suitable references, a valid DBS Check and hold the Right to Work in the UK (ABC Teachers do not offer sponsorship).

Minimum Qualifications

The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:

• A suitable qualification to teach Science PGCE, with valid QTS/QTLS.
