As the Seasonal & Leisure Manager, you will take charge of the vibrant leisure and seasonal products, which include garden furniture, BBQs, Christmas ranges, outdoor living products, and tills. You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring these high-profile areas of the centre deliver outstanding sales, customer service, and visual appeal.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading and motivating your team to provide exceptional customer service.
• Driving sales across the leisure, seasonal, and tills departments.
• Overseeing merchandising standards to create inspiring and shoppable displays.
• Managing stock levels, ordering seasonal products, and ensuring excellent availability.
• Coaching and developing your team to enhance product knowledge and performance.
• Running your departments efficiently and profitably.
• Supporting the Garden Centre Manager and stepping up to oversee the centre in their absence.
