Senior HR Advisor - Bridgwater - 50k DOE Plus excellent benefits

We're excited to offer an outstanding opportunity for a Senior HR Advisor to join a leading engineering and maintenance provider, supporting customers across the chemical & petrochemical, nuclear, oil & gas, pharmaceuticals & biopharma, power & energy, utilities, renewables, and food & beverage markets.

Role Overview:

You will play a key role in assisting the smooth running of HR processes and activities across the site, ensuring compliance with HR policies, client practices, procedures, and UK regulatory requirements.

Salary: 50k DOE plus excellent benefits

Location: Bridgwater

Main Responsibilities
  1. Manage the recruitment and onboarding administration process from role approval to hire date, including security clearance, induction, informing payroll, arranging on-site welfare, and ensuring all documentation is completed and processed.
  2. Manage the referencing process for all new starters, verifying information for accuracy and compliance with HR policy and UK regulations.
  3. Oversee vetting and identification processes to ensure documentation is complete, accurate, and corroborates with authorities in line with client requirements and regulations.
  4. Monitor and follow up on HR process information to minimize delays in site resourcing and mobilization.
  5. Review and input data into HR and finance systems to ensure accuracy and real-time information availability.
  6. Produce HR management reports to meet standard and ad-hoc requirements.
Candidate Requirements
  1. Degree qualification in HR or a related field.
  2. Working towards CIPD qualification.
  3. Willing to obtain CCNSG certification.
  4. Ability to obtain SC clearance.
