We are looking for a Senior HR Advisor to join our team in Glasgow.

What You’ll Do:

Provide expert HR advice and support on a range of people-related topics, including discipline, grievance, performance management, and absence.

Coach managers and employees on Workday, HR policies, and best practices.

Own and manage HR administration and transactional processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

Ensure compliance with local HR legislation, keeping employment contracts and processes up to date.

Produce reports and analyse people data to support HR processes and decision-making.

Support and contribute to People Services projects, working closely with stakeholders across the business.

You’ll have the following skills and experience:

Experience in HR – You have a strong background in HR operations, employee relations, and managing the full employee lifecycle.

Knowledgeable & compliant – You understand employment law and HR best practices, ensuring compliance across all processes.

Great communicator – You’re able to build strong relationships and provide clear, practical guidance to managers and colleagues.

Organised & efficient – You manage workloads effectively, ensuring deadlines and service levels are met.

Business-minded – You understand the impact of HR decisions on business performance.
