City of Glasgow College is seeking an Equality, Diversity & Inclusion Advisor (Permanent, Full Time). The post supports leadership in ED&I initiatives, advising managers, staff and students on ED&I topics, and reporting on progress through surveys and research.

The ideal candidate will hold an ED&I qualification or degree with relevant experience, strong knowledge of ED&I legislation, and the ability to develop systems, report findings, and mainstream ED&I across the college.

Qualifications

• Relevant ED&I qualification or degree and/or extensive experience in equality, diversity and inclusion.
• Strong knowledge of ED&I legislation, EHRC guidance and codes of practice.
• Ability to analyse data and present findings to demonstrate progress.

Responsabilités

• Provide advice and support to managers, colleagues and students on ED&I topics.
• Lead on inclusive practice, mainstreaming the ED&I agenda across the college.
• Prepare reports on surveys and research to track equality outcomes.
