Tradewind Recruitment LTD. is seeking Early Career Teachers (ECTs) for primary schools in Liverpool. Roles available part-time and full-time, starting ASAP. You will plan and teach lessons, assess pupil progress, and adapt to each class’s needs.

Candidates should have QTS, a PGCE or equivalent, and the right to work in the UK, with GCSEs including English, Maths and Science. DBS checks and references are required.

Competenze

• Fluent English, spoken and written.
• In-school teaching experience is preferred.
• QTS or equivalent teaching qualification required.

Tradewind Recruitment are recruiting! Looking for Early Career Teaching opportunities in Liverpool?We are seeking passionate ECT's for our Liverpool based Primary schools both part-time and full-time to start ASAP!

Main Duties

• Plan and teach lessons and sequences of lessons to the classes they are assigned to teach within the context of the school's plans, curriculum, and schemes of work
• Assess, monitor, record and report on the learning needs, progress, and achievements of assigned pupils.
• Adapt teaching to respond to the strengths and needs of pupils
• Set high expectations which inspire, motivate and challenge pupils
• Promote good progress and outcomes by pupils
• Demonstrate good subject and curriculum knowledge
• Administer end of KS testing and assessment where appropriate
• Develop and demonstrate specialist teaching strategies consistently within the classroom
• Maintain a sound knowledge of statutory curriculum requirements and the requirements for assessment, recording and reporting pupil progress

To join us and be successful in this role you will need:

• An enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks
• A CV that must cover the last 10 years of employment history (where possible)
• Legal right to work in the UK
• 5 GCSEs at grades 9 to 4 (A* to C), or equivalent, including English, Maths and Science.
• Undergraduate education degree or a degree in any subject and a Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE).
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• In-school teaching experience
• Fluent level of English, spoken and written.
