Job summary

Jet2.com seeks an ECP Payroll Systems Analyst to own SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll across Jet2.com and Jet2holidays. You’ll optimise schemas, rules and settings, support releases and incidents, and ensure GDPR-compliant payroll operations while partnering with stakeholders to deliver reliable, scalable payroll solutions.

You’ll work in a hybrid setup with two days in the office, contributing to continuous improvement and system automation across the HR/payroll landscape.

Qualifications

• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) required or desirable.
• Strong data analysis and reporting capabilities.
• Proven stakeholder and vendor management experience.
• Solid knowledge of HR and payroll systems and best practices.
• Experience in system configuration, testing, release management and change control.

Responsibilities

• Act as Subject Matter Expert for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP).
• Configure, maintain and optimise payroll schemas, rules and settings.
• Support quarterly releases, upgrades and regression testing.
• Manage payroll incidents, service requests and root cause analyses.
• Support integrations between Employee Central, Payroll, Time, Finance and third parties.
• Ensure security, audits, GDPR compliance and governance.
• Identify automation and continuous improvement opportunities.
• Produce and analyse payroll data to support decisions.
• Maintain system documentation and knowledge articles.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders and vendors.

As our new ECP Payroll Systems Analyst, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring our payroll systems run smoothly, accurately, and compliantly for thousands of colleagues across Jet2.com and Jet2holidays. Acting as the subject matter expert for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP), you'll drive system optimisation, continuous improvement, and innovation across our HR and Payroll landscape. What you'll be doing:

• Acting as the Subject Matter Expert for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP), providing specialist knowledge and support across the business.
• Configuring, maintaining and optimising payroll schemas, rules and system settings to ensure efficient and accurate payroll processing.
• Supporting quarterly releases, system upgrades and regression testing activities, ensuring new functionality is successfully deployed.
• Managing payroll-related incidents, service requests and root cause investigations, driving timely and effective resolutions.
• Supporting integrations between Employee Central, Payroll, Time Management, Finance systems and third-party providers.
• Ensuring system security, audit controls, GDPR requirements and compliance standards are maintained at all times.
• Identifying opportunities for automation and continuous improvement to enhance HR and Payroll processes and user experience.
• Producing and analysing payroll and system data, providing meaningful insights to support business decisions and operational performance.
• Maintaining robust system documentation, knowledge articles and operating procedures to support governance and business continuity.
• Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external vendors and technology partners to ensure service excellence and continuous improvement.

What you'll have:

• Data analysis and reporting capability.

• Proven experience working with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP).
• Strong knowledge of HR and Payroll systems, processes and best practice.
• Experience of system configuration, testing, release management and change control activities.

• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage, influence and collaborate across multiple business areas.

Qualifications

• Relevant HRIS, Payroll or SAP certification desirable.
