Job summary

Barclays is seeking an Economic Crime Consequence and Exit Management professional to oversee consequence management and customer exits across the Business Banking journey. You will ensure exits are managed consistently, balancing regulatory requirements and customer outcomes.

Based in London, Glasgow or Northampton, you will work with stakeholders to shape processes, guidance and controls and help define the exit strategy while strengthening risk controls and governance.

Qualifications

• Experience in risk management identifying, assessing and mitigating business risks.
• Strong stakeholder management across internal and external partners.
• Knowledge of financial crime, controls and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams to deliver outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic direction for risk and implement up-to-date methodologies and processes.
• Oversee the risk department, performance, priorities and efficiency.
• Manage relationships with risk stakeholders and external service providers.
• Ensure adherence to risk policies and maintain a robust control environment.
• Lead a team, set objectives, coach and assess performance.
