Barclays is seeking an Economic Crime Consequence and Exit Management professional to oversee risk-based exits across the Business Banking customer journey in the UK. You will lead risk identification, stakeholder engagement, and the development of exit strategies, ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks while safeguarding customer outcomes.

You will collaborate with Journey Owners and senior leaders, shaping policies, controls, and guidance, and mentor teams to embed strong governance.

Qualifications

• Experience identifying, assessing, and mitigating business risks.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Understanding of financial crime risks, controls and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with Journey Owners and others to deliver outcomes.

• Develop strategic direction for risk with up-to-date methodologies.
• Oversee risk department performance and priority implementation.
• Manage relationships with risk stakeholders and third-party services.
• Ensure adherence to risk policies, standards and governance.
