Job summary

Barclays is seeking an Economic Crime Product Lifecycle Manager in Business Banking, based in Northampton. You will act as a trusted advisor across the Cash Management, Payments and Lending product suite, supporting the approval of new products and enhancements while ensuring economic crime risks are identified, assessed, and mitigated throughout the lifecycle.

In collaboration with Compliance, Risk and the business, you will embed effective controls and governance, lead product-related risk

Qualifications

• Demonstrated people leadership experience, with a proven ability to lead, develop, and inspire high-performing teams.
• Extensive first-line Economic Crime experience, with an expertise in identifying, assessing, and mitigating financial crime risks across business operations and product

Responsibilities

• Develop risk management strategy and oversee risk department.
• Manage risk stakeholders and ensure quality third-party services.
• Adhere to risk policies and maintain robust controls.
• Lead product-related risk assessments for Economic Crime throughout the lifecycle.
