VML is seeking a Programme Manager to lead complex ecommerce migration projects within a multicultural, fast-paced environment in the UK. You will coordinate multiple teams, manage budgets and risks, and report to the Account Director to meet business benefits.

Join WPP Enterprise Solutions and work within a hybrid model, four days in the office weekly, to deliver high-quality outcomes for major brands and drive growth.

Qualifications

• Experience managing multiple teams across different workstreams (≥20 people).
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle & release management.
• Proven track record delivering an ecommerce migration/re-platform project.
• Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
• Experience in multi-vendor management and budget oversight.
• Experience in Agile environments and transitioning from Waterfall to Agile.
• Strong leadership and communication capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery across the programme and manage multiple workstreams.
• Analyse risks, produce reports for management and stakeholders.
• Define governance and ways of working at programme start.
• Track dependencies and keep programme plans up to date.
• Mentor and line-manage project managers within and outside your account.
• Manage third-party vendors on behalf of the client.
• Collaborate with client to realise the vision and strategic goals.
