Job summary

VML is seeking a seasoned Programme Manager to lead complex, multi-team programmes in London on a hybrid basis. You will partner with the Account Director to drive productivity and deliver on business-case benefits, while overseeing governance, risk management, and multi-vendor relationships.

You will coordinate resources, manage budgets, and guide project managers across accounts to ensure on-time delivery of ecommerce migration and platform enhancements in a fast-paced, client-facing

Qualifications

• Experience delivering multiple team projects across workstreams.
• Strong understanding of SDLC & release management.
• Proven track record delivering ecommerce migration or re-platform projects.
• Excellent negotiation skills and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery across the programme and multiple workstreams.
• Identify and mitigate programme risks; provide management reports.
• Establish governance and ways of working at programme start and maintain them.
• Manage dependencies and track progress at programme level.
• Support and guide project managers within and outside your account.
• Build relationships with client stakeholders at all levels.
