Job summary

Global Payments Inc. is seeking an eCommerce Migration Activation Executive to join our global Ecomm team and help shape the future of online payments.

You will own onboarding for merchants, host calls to install and validate plugins, and coordinate with integrators and tech teams to ensure seamless cutovers from legacy systems to new CNP solutions. You will drive activation through to first live transaction and help merchants go live quickly.

• Coordinate with Integration Managers, Solution Consultants and technical teams to resolve complex setups.

• Ensure successful cutover from legacy platforms to new CNP solutions.
• Take ownership of activation through to first successful transaction.
• Track progress and remove blockers that delay go‑live.
• Merchants live and transacting quickly after sale or migration.
• High activation completion rate with minimal delay.
• Clear reduction in time from sale to live.
• Confident, well‑supported merchants through the transition.
