Job summary

Brompton Bicycle Limited is seeking an Ecommerce Merchandiser to implement and optimise online merchandising plans across our websites. You will work closely with Trade, Marketing, and Content teams to ensure compelling product experiences and accurate content across multiple currencies.

You will use tools such as Google Analytics and Hotjar to improve customer journeys, monitor KPIs, and report progress to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience working for an online retailer.
• Experience using ecommerce platforms such as Magento, BigCommerce, or Shopify.
• Experience of using a CMS (Content Management System).
• Experience of using analytics tools like Google Analytics and Hotjar.
• Experience using Outlook, Teams, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Execute and manage the online merchandising plan and team.
• Coordinate with Trade to align up-to-date plans.
• Collaborate with Marketing on campaigns and activities.
• Create and update merchandising plans with changes.
• Brief content team to build customer journeys per plan.
• Own end-to-end execution of campaigns, offers, and product launches online.
• Report KPIs to the Ecommerce team and flag blockers that require actions.
