Job summary

Naked Wolfe, a bold footwear label, is seeking an Ecommerce Merchandiser to own how the brand looks, reads and sells online from our Central London office. You will manage uploads, pages and back-end data with keen attention to detail to catch issues before customers see them.

You will work on Shopify, optimize homepage and collections, and partner with external ecommerce agencies to ensure smooth launches, pricing updates and accurate product data across channels.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years in ecommerce merchandising or trading, ideally fashion or footwear.
• Hands-on Shopify experience with bulk uploads and spreadsheets.
• Strong eye for detail and visual merchandising.
• Interest in fashion merchandising and how customers shop online.

Responsibilities

• Upload and maintain all products on Shopify, including images, copy, pricing and SEO fields.
• Merchandise the website: homepage, collections, landing pages and launch set-ups.
• Run launch go-lives and price or promotion changes on time and without errors.
• Keep product data accurate across Shopify, the product master and any marketplaces.
• QA the site daily: broken links, missing images, out-of-stock sizes, pricing errors.
• Liaise with outside ecommerce partners to raise and fix issues.
• Report weekly on product and page performance: sell-through, conversion, top sellers, search terms.
• Use stock and sales data to push best sellers and sizes with depth, and move slow stock.
• Test and optimize site search, filters and on-site recommendations.
• Run Klaviyo email marketing campaigns and flows.
• Highlight best-selling styles and activate repeat production orders.

Ecommerce Merchandiser
Based: Central London office, 5 days a week
Reports to: Co-Founder & Creative Director
Works with: Head of Brand, Senior Creative Content Producer, outside ecommerce partners
Salary Scale: £32k-£38k

You will own how Naked Wolfe looks, reads and sells online. That means every upload, every page and everything in the back end, with an eye for detail that catches problems before customers do.

• Merchandise the website: homepage, collection sorting, landing pages and launch set-ups
• Run launch go-lives and price or promotion changes on time and without errors
• Keep product data accurate across Shopify, the product master and any marketplaces
• QA the site daily: broken links, missing images, out-of-stock sizes, pricing errors
• Liaise with outside ecommerce partners (agencies, developers, app providers) to raise and fix issues
• Report weekly on product and page performance: sell-through, conversion, top sellers, search terms
• Use stock and sales data to push best sellers and sizes with depth, and move slow stock
• Test and optimize site search, filters and on-site recommendations
• Run Klavyio email marketing campaigns and flows
• Highlight best-selling styles and activate repeat production orders.

About you

• 2-3 years in ecommerce merchandising or ecommerce trading, ideally fashion or footwear
• Hands-on Shopify experience (or a similar platform); comfortable with bulk uploads and spreadsheets
• An exceptional eye for detail and visual merchandising
• A real interest in fashion merchandising and how customers shop online
• Clear and confident when chasing partners to get fixes done
