This is a full-time role, working 37.5 hours. Our core business hours are Monday to Friday – 9am to 5pm but we have a flexible approach to start and finish times.
Our hybrid working model is 3 days in the office, 2 days working from home.

About the Role
Hobbycraft is the UK’s leading art and craft retailer with 109 stores across England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland and an ecommerce channel that has grown substantially over the last 2 years. This is an exciting role that is vital to driving product performance and delivering our ambitious digital growth strategy.
As the Ecommerce Merchandiser , you will ensure our key categories and product catalogue is strategically merchandised in an inspiring and commercial way, based on the latest data and industry trends. You will ensure day to day accuracy of product locations on site and that all products are consistently merchandised to an exceptional standard, whilst always putting customers at the centre of everything you do.
You will be responsible for achieving the highest possible conversion across your digital portfolio and will have the opportunity to deliver your merchandised plans in a fresh and innovative way.
In doing all of this you will work closely with our knowledge and supportive Product Content Manager, Site Search Manager, Digital Design and Content Manager as well as our partners in Buying. The role will be reporting into the Digital Trading Manager, and you will work within the Digital Trading and Experience Team.
