About the role

As a Visual Merchandising Partner, you’ll design inspiring and eye-catching displays in our shop windows, to entice our customer into our shops, encouraging them to buy our products.You'll create a meaningful shopping experience for each and every customer who walks around our shopfloor with exceptional merchandising and presentation standards.
Key ResponsibilitiesOn a day-to-day basis you'll be responsible for:- Delivering market leading merchandising and presentation standards.- Working on seasonal and floor layout changes effectively and efficiently with minimal disruption to customers.- Demonstrating flexibility to support across other areas of the branch and departments when required.- Sharing knowledge and expertise with visual merchandising and branch colleagues to develop the departments and branches performance.- Carrying out stock handling and systems processes to minimise business risk and loss.Essential skills/experience you'll need- Creative skills with an eye for detail.- Experience of working within a team.Desirable skills/experience you may have- Qualifications in Display or Design.- Previous experience in the creation of displays.- Experience of working in a retail environment.
Full time working up to 37.5 hours per week across seven days to include early starts, late finishes, evenings and weekends.
