Our client is looking for an experienced eCommerce Manager to lead the development and execution of their UK eCommerce strategy, focusing on site optimisation and enhancing the customer journey.

About the Role

In this role, you'll optimise the full eCommerce experience. Using platforms like Google Analytics, you'll analyse user behaviour and track KPIs to inform decisions. You'll lead CRO initiatives through testing and improvements, enhancing the customer journey across all eCommerce storefronts.

Key responsibilities include delivering targeted campaigns, refining UX, and ensuring content relevance for international audiences. Collaborate with teams to increase organic traffic, improve SEO, and boost revenue from non-paid channels. Lead initiatives to increase engagement, reduce bounce rates, and maximise conversions.
