Our client is looking for an experienced eCommerce Manager to lead the development and execution of their UK eCommerce strategy, focusing on site optimisation and enhancing the customer journey.

The ideal candidate combines analytical skills with creative intuition and has practical experience managing eCommerce platforms. You should be comfortable using data to guide decisions, have a solid foundation in site merchandising, and excel in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role

You will be responsible for optimising the full eCommerce experience, analysing user behaviour with tools like Google Analytics, and tracking KPIs to inform decisions. You will lead CRO initiatives through testing and improvements, enhancing the customer journey across all storefronts.

Key responsibilities include delivering targeted campaigns, refining UX, ensuring content relevance for international audiences, collaborating with teams to boost organic traffic, SEO, and revenue from non-paid channels, and implementing improvements to increase engagement, reduce bounce rates, and maximise conversions.
