We’re looking for a highly experienced and commercially savvy eCommerce Manager to lead digital trading across our fast-growing beauty brand. You’ll own performance across our Shopify store and multiple domestic and international sales channels including Amazon, TikTok Shop, Marketplaces, and more.

This is a hands-on, fast- moving role requiring deep experience in conversion optimisation (CRO), user experience (UX), and reactive trading across diverse markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the digital trading across all platforms including Shopify, Amazon, Marketplaces, TikTok Shop, and international DTC channels.
  • Drive daily, weekly, and seasonal trading performance using data insights, stock levels, promotional calendars, and customer behaviour.
  • Own product launches, promotions, merchandising, and website planning with a clear commercial focus.
  • Optimise conversion rate (CRO) and UX across all touchpoints through testing, analysis, and collaboration with tech and design.
  • Work reactively in a fast-paced environment — adjusting pricing, messaging, or stock priorities in real-time.
  • Coordinate across multiple countries, adapting offers, pricing, and product mixes to suit local markets.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Buying, Content, Logistics, and Customer Service teams to deliver consistent experiences.
  • Report on performance vs. KPIs (sales, conversion, margin) with actionable insights for growth.

Experience & Skills Required

  • 5+ years' e-commerce experience, ideally in health & beauty, wellness, or similar consumer product categories.
  • Expert-level knowledge of Shopify including merchandising, app integrations, product configuration, and analytics.
  • Experience with Amazon and other marketplaces.
  • Hands-on experience trading on TikTok Shop, or similar social commerce environments.
  • Solid knowledge of CRO and UX tools and practices (e.g., A/B testing, heatmaps, customer journey optimisation).
  • Experience trading across international markets (ideally US and EU) with localisation and compliance awareness.
  • Commercial mindset with an ability to analyse trading data and act quickly.
  • Strong project management and cross functional collaboration skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-growth, agile team environment with autonomy and accountability.

Nice to Have

  • Working knowledge of tools like GA4, Hotjar, Klaviyo, Data Studio, Shopify.
  • Previous experience launching or managing a DTC site in more than one region.
