Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Own website set-up and maintenance of product launches (incl. PDP) and online merchandising.

  • Manage site content process and QA assets for UK campaigns with global teams.
  • Assist in online marketing calendar: promotions, SEO, 360 plans across channels.
  • Communicate calendar changes and updates to cross functional teams.
  • Lead weekly/monthly reporting of sales, KPIs, and campaign performance.

Job description

POSITION SUMMARY

The Ecommerce Manager is responsible for the digital storytelling of our Fenty Beauty UK website. This role will manage the trading calendar, site updates and campaign execution, to include merchandising, content, promotion set up, site enhancements, content co-ordination, product category optimisation, and testing to ensure we’re delivering a high-quality experience to our customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Site Management and Calendar
  • Own website set-up and maintenance of product launches (inc. all elements of PDP set-up), online merchandising (homepages, collections and promotions), and always ensuring accuracy of online assortment (product catalog management, category merchandising, assets, copy, pricing etc.).
  • Ensure best-in-class brand experience and own the management of our site storytelling to include PDP page development & optimisations, homepage updates, and UGC management.
  • Manage the site content process; including submitting creative briefs for localised campaigns or briefing amends to global content to ensure assets are relevant for the UK market. Provide feedback on creative assets, carry out QA testing, and assure error-free content is loaded on site on time.
  • Work with the Senior Ecommerce Manager on the management of the online marketing calendar to include promotions, key storytelling focuses, new product launch support, core support, SEO optimisations, and 360 plans across all digital marketing channels.
  • Communicate marketing calendar changes, promotion, and product launch updates on a regular basis to necessary cross functional teams.
Online Trading
  • Responsible for the development of the trade calendar, and promotional execution - ensuring all on site activations are aligned to sales forecasts and approved by the Senior Ecommerce Manager/Commercial Director.
  • Support in sales and stock forecasting for promotions and new product launches.
  • Lead weekly, monthly & quarterly reporting of sales, on-site KPIs, campaign performance, new product launch performance and product demand signals like waitlist.
  • Plan and secure inventory for promotions and sampling programs to support monthly revenue targets.
Performance Marketing
  • Support the Senior Ecommerce Manager in defining and activating our Performance Marketing strategy across Paid Search, Affiliates and Media, generating campaigns and partnerships that work to drive traffic and profitable sales.
  • Be the main point of contact with our external performance marketing agencies, ensuring copy and assets are delivered in time ahead of campaign go lives, and all activations are QA’d and approved in a timely manner.
Website Development and Operations
  • Test both functionality and usability of product and content displayed on site to ensure best-in-class brand experiences.
  • Continuously monitor & report site bugs and partner with Product Development to resolve site issues, devise development roadmap and prioritise site enhancements.
  • Provide input on new technologies to determine if they add value to the customer journey.
  • Partner with warehouse operations and customer service teams to ensure on-time delivery of orders and on-brand client experience at every touchpoint.
REQUIREMENTS
  • 2-3 years previous experience working in a ecommerce / digital marketing / website management / online trading role.
