Job summary

Global Payments is seeking an eCommerce Growth & Optimisation Specialist in the United Kingdom (Cambridge). You will join our Merchant Success & Growth Services team to enhance payments performance, increase transaction success, and optimise fraud strategies for global merchants.

You will own data-led optimisation initiatives, partner with internal managers, and deliver measurable revenue growth through improved authorisation rates and reduced friction in the payment journey.

Qualifications

• Experience in payments, eCommerce, fraud management, customer success, or related field.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret transaction data and translate insights into actions.
• Understanding of payment authorisation flows, decline drivers and fraud prevention.

Responsibilities

• Analyse merchant transaction performance to identify optimisation opportunities.
• Develop tailored strategies to improve authorisation rates and increase acceptance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement payment performance improvements.
• Measure impact of optimisation initiatives and demonstrate revenue uplift.
• Support merchant reviews with data-led insights and recommendations.
• Contribute to scalable optimisation frameworks and methodologies.
