Job summary

Jellycat Toy Co. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Ecommerce Manager for UK & ROW to drive direct-to-consumer growth. You will lead a small team, own performance across regions, and partner with global colleagues to align online strategy with brand standards.

The role requires hands-on Shopify Plus and BigCommerce experience, strong analytics, and a track record of improving CVR and AOV in a fast-paced retail environment. This is a senior, strategic, multi‑regional position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing an online store.
• Experience in fast-paced retail/eCommerce (consumer products, fashion or related).
• Hands-on expertise with ecommerce platforms (Shopify Plus & BigCommerce) and ecosystem tools.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into strategy.

Responsibilities

• Own UK & ROW DTC performance and revenue targets; improve site metrics.
• Lead and mentor the eCommerce team and coordinate with global teams.
• Oversee website operations, platform migrations and tech issue resolution.
• Mercandise and content oversight; ensure accurate data and pricing.
• Drive UX and conversion optimisation; run A/B tests with marketing teams.
• Monitor weekly/monthly KPIs using GA4 and other analytics tools.
• Coordinate with Digital Marketing, CRM, Inventory, Operations, Creative, Customer Service.
• Align SEO/content strategy with global brand standards across regions.
