Job summary
Sigmar Recruitment is seeking an ECommerce & Digital Marketing Specialist to support an international online business from our Bangor office. You will manage online product listings, drive ecommerce trading and deliver digital advertising campaigns while analysing performance to boost sales and customer engagement across multiple channels.
You will create and optimise listings, assist launches and pricing, plan paid campaigns, and monitor metrics like sales, traffic, conversion and ROI.
Qualifications
- Degree in Marketing or a related field.
- Experience in ecommerce, digital marketing or online retail.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Experience with digital advertising platforms is desirable.
Responsibilities
- Create and optimise online product listings and catalogue content.
- Support product launches, promotions, pricing and merchandising activities.
- Assist with planning and management of paid digital advertising campaigns.
- Monitor ecommerce performance including sales, traffic, conversion and ROI.
- Produce regular performance reports and identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing, design and sales teams to deliver content.
- Support marketplace and direct-to-consumer ecommerce initiatives.
- Improve product visibility and online conversion rates.
