We're working with a client seeking a detail–focused Ecommerce Data Administrator to support their digital team in managing and improving a large catalogue of online products. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to develop hands–on experience in digital content, product data management, and SEO in a fast–paced, supportive environment.

You'll be responsible for ensuring product listings are accurate, well–structured, and optimised for visibility and performance–playing a vital role in the day–to–day running of the website.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and update product listings, such as titles, descriptions, pricing, and images
  • Ensure all product content is correct, complete, and visually consistent before going live.
  • Write clear, engaging product descriptions with consideration for keyword usage and best practices in search optimisation
  • Help research trends, identify new opportunities, and support the planning of product launches and content updates
  • Keep product content organised, structured, and up to date while handling multiple tasks at once.
  • Work closely with colleagues across different functions to ensure a consistent and accurate flow of product information

What we're looking for:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, particularly when working with large datasets
  • Excellent attention to detail and a structured, organised working style
  • Good written communication skills for creating and editing product content
  • Awareness of SEO principles and familiarity with keyword research tools is desirable
  • Experience with data entry or ecommerce platforms is beneficial
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Comfortable working in a fast–paced, deadline–driven environment
  • Experience with basic image editing tools (e.g. Adobe Photoshop) is an advantage
  • Knowledge of platforms like Magento is useful but not essential
