Job summary

Bright Blue Foods Limited in Manchester is seeking an Ecommerce & Customer Service Manager to run the website on a full‑time basis, ensuring a smooth, engaging and commercially effective online shopping experience.

You will act as the primary contact for all DTC customer queries, protect brand reputation and drive online sales by optimizing site performance and collaborating with the CEO and wider team.

Qualifications

• Experience managing an ecommerce website (Shopify/Shopify Plus).
• Proven customer service experience in a DTC/retail setting.
• Comfort collaborating with agencies/developers to implement site updates.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day website operations (Shopify Plus), including listings, pricing and promos.
• Own the customer journey end-to-end, improving conversion and AOV.
• Serve as first point of contact for customer queries via email, social and live chat.
• Handle returns, refunds and order resolution per policy, safeguarding brand tone.
