Job summary

Salt Digital Recruitment is seeking an experienced E-Commerce Lead for a health and wellbeing brand based in Warrington. The role blends strategic DTC brand development with commercial execution, leading a small team to scale across DTC, online marketplaces and B2B.

You'll report to the leadership team and collaborate with product, operations, finance and customer experience to deliver profitable growth in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in DTC or commercial roles, wellness/beauty/lifestyle preferred.
• Proven track record of growing and evolving a brand.
• Deep expertise in driving profitable D2C growth.
• Experience with Amazon and B2B sales desirable.
• Strong foundation in social media strategy and execution.
• Commercially astute with strong analytical skills and familiarity with growth metrics (LTV, CAC).
• Passion for health, wellness and wellbeing.
• Inspirational leadership style and ability to build high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial performance across DTC platforms, online marketplaces and B2B sales channels.
• Identify strategic partnerships and wholesale opportunities to broaden market reach.
• Apply data-driven approach to monitor and optimise key metrics (LTV, CAC, conversion, retention).
• Manage and mentor a team across e-commerce, marketplaces, content, and B2B functions.
• Oversee agency relationships ensuring alignment with goals and brand strategy.
• Collaborate with product, operations, finance and customer experience teams for execution excellence.
• Lead development of multi-channel content strategies (social media, video, email, PR, influencer).
• Explore and evaluate international market opportunities and expansion routes.
