Job summary

Synergy Recruitment Ltd. is recruiting an Ecommerce Coordinator for a hybrid role based in the Manchester area. The position splits time between home and the office, with 8am–4pm or 9am–5pm hours and a flexible option to extend to 4 days per week.

• Setting up new product listings and keeping product information, pricing and stock up to date.
• Uploading content across the websites, including product pages, category pages and blogs.
• Assisting with weekly and monthly performance reports, spotting trends and improvement areas.
• Monitoring the competition and suggesting site improvements.
• Improving site navigation so customers can find products easily.
• Collaborating with marketing, buying and customer service to ensure smooth operations.

As the Ecommerce Coordinator, no two days will look the same. One day you’ll be setting up new products, the next you’ll be looking at how they’re performing, checking out the competition, tweaking search and merchandising or working on new landing pages. Details of the Ecommerce Coordinator role

Location: Old Trafford, Manchester - 2 days in the office, 3 at home

Contract: 12-month fixed term contract (maternity cover)

Hours: 8am to 4pm OR 9AM - 5PM, Monday to Friday, or part-time Tuesday to Friday

What will you be doing as the Ecommerce Coordinator?

• Uploading and looking after content across the websites, including product pages, category pages and blogs
• Helping with weekly and monthly performance reports, spotting trends and areas to improve
• Keeping an eye on the competition and suggesting ways to improve the websites
• Improving the site navigation so customers can find products more easily
• Working with teams across the business, from marketing to buying and customer service, to make sure everything runs smoothly
