Team Recruitment (Poole) Limited is helping a global consumer goods business recruit an Ecommerce Content & Social Commerce Executive in Woking. The role is hybrid, with 3 days in the office and 2 days from home, focusing on content strategy, optimization, and social commerce across D2C and TikTok Shop.

You will enhance product discoverability, engage customers and drive revenue through best-in-class content, creator collaboration and optimization initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience in e-commerce, digital marketing or a similar role.
• Experience updating website content using a CMS or e-commerce platform.
• Good understanding of ecommerce and the online customer journey.
• Experience supporting influencer, creator or product sampling campaigns is beneficial.
• TikTok Shop experience is an advantage but not essential.
• Strong organisation and attention to detail.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Proficient in Excel/spreadsheets and basic reporting.
• Proactive, eager to learn, and interested in trends.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise homepage, seasonal pages, campaign pages and category pages.
• Upload and maintain content within SFCC.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer journeys and content engagement.
• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
• Conduct regular website audits to assess content quality and consistency.
• Recommend enhancements to improve conversion and customer experience.
• Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and ecommerce best practice.
• Act as key operational contact for affiliate agency.
• Support affiliate campaigns through content sharing and voucher code setup.
• Collate creative assets and campaign messaging for paid media.
• Support campaign planning with insight-led recommendations.
• Manage Google Merchant Centre to support Google Shopping campaigns.
• Share competitor, creator and social commerce insights with the wider business.
