About the role

The Ecommerce Account Manager will play a pivotal role in driving our clients’ online business growth. The role focuses on delivering exceptional client service by managing and enhancing ecommerce strategies across various platforms. Key responsibilities:
  • Manage a diverse portfolio of ecommerce clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital strategies that encompass SEO, PPC and UX to boost client sales and brand visibility.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that all client websites are optimised for performance and user experience.
  • Conduct regular reviews and adjustments of strategies based on analytics and client feedback.
  • Prepare and present detailed campaign performance reports to stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within client accounts to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in ecommerce management, digital marketing or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, PPC and ecommerce platform functionalities.
  • Excellent communication and client-service skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with keen attention to detail.
