The International eCommerce Third Parties team is recruiting an eCommerce Account Assistant to support our global growth. Based at Head Office in Leicestershire, offering a competitive salary and great benefits.

About NEXT: We are one of the UK’s largest fashion retailers and a FTSE-100 company, selling products both in-store and online across the UK and internationally. We are experiencing rapid growth and continual investment.

The team: The International eCommerce Trading team manages online sales across 72 markets, launching products, running promotions, and collaborating with third-party platforms like Zalando and La Redoute to maximize sales and visibility.

The role: As an eCommerce Account Assistant, you will help grow NEXT's presence on third-party sites such as Amazon, Zalando, and La Redoute. Your responsibilities include managing product onboarding, account management, logistics, customer service KPIs, and building relationships with internal teams and external partners.

What you’ll do:

• Manage partner relationships, especially Amazon account management.
• Oversee product onboarding and launch processes, including data management.
• Coordinate logistics and customer service KPIs, maintaining communication with relevant teams.
• Translate ideas into practical solutions to improve performance.
• Collaborate with the trading team to exploit trading opportunities.
• Present at internal meetings and account reviews.
• Represent the third-party and international teams internally and externally.

This role is based at our Leicestershire Head Office, with flexible working arrangements (3 days in the office per week).

What we’re looking for:

• Experience in an eCommerce environment, ideally with Amazon account management experience.
• Analytical skills, confident with numbers and data analysis.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Highly organized with effective time management.
