Northern Trust is seeking an experienced Program Manager for Enterprise Change Management (ECM) in London. You will lead governance, ensure alignment with regulatory expectations, and oversee multiple programs across business units and regions.

Responsibilities

• Create, drive, and administer ECM program governance and management standards.
• Lead facilitation of ECM solutions across BUs, regions and levels of complexity.
• Define success metrics and drive continuous improvement for each program.
• Mobilize teams and manage scope, schedule, and budgets per governance standards.
• Proactively manage risks, dependencies and budgets with regular reporting.
• Collaborate with Organizational Change Management for stakeholder communication.
• Ensure involvement of risk, legal, procurement and compliance in programs.
• Coordinate budgeting, forecasting, and quarterly planning with ECM teams.
