Job summary

ECB STAR Group is seeking an Enterprise Risk specialist to join its Risk & Governance practice in a hybrid London role with light UK travel. You will lead ERM advisory work for diverse corporate clients, shaping risk frameworks and governance structures while engaging with boards and senior stakeholders.

You’ll contribute to proposals, manage end-to-end client engagements, and build trusted relationships, supported by a high-growth team and global network.

Qualifications

• 7+ years’ experience in enterprise risk.
• Strong expertise in ERM as a core discipline.
• Good understanding of the UK Corporate Governance Code (incl. Provision 29).
• Experience contributing to or leading proposals / bids.
• Experience building risk frameworks from scratch.
• Exposure to internal audit and/or corporate compliance.
