Location: Salford Quays

Salary: £24K + Bonus

Start Date: Immediate

Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Account Executive to join our team. Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Attracting high-quality clients and building lasting, successful relationships.
  2. Achieving high levels of engagement with new and existing clients.
  3. Being proactive by making outbound calls and sending SMS daily to ensure courses are running smoothly and to fill any gaps in the diaries.
  4. Acting as the first point of contact for clients, providing high-quality service.
  5. Sourcing clients available for new courses and maximizing every opportunity.
  6. Promoting and selling features and benefits, highlighting our unique selling points.
  7. Building relationships through outbound calls.
Required Skills
  • Previous experience in Customer Service, Sales, or Recruitment.
  • Target-driven with a successful track record of meeting KPIs.
  • Professional and friendly communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent listening and objection-handling skills.
  • Good time management skills with the ability to multitask.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
