UK Sales Manager – Supply Chain & Logistics

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Identify, qualify, and develop new business with Solution Partners and System Integrators.
  • Collaborate with marketing on powerful campaigns that get attention and drive engagement.
  • Lead sales in the UK, representing InterSystems with confidence and credibility.
  • Deliver timely, persuasive proposals alongside our Sales Support team.
  • Help troubleshoot technical or contractual challenges when they arise.
  • Empower business partners with the insights and tools they need to thrive.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (technical, marketing, business development) to build solutions customers love.
  • Grow new and existing partnerships—making strong connections from tech leads to C-suite execs.
  • Stay sharp on competitors and how we uniquely solve our customers’ problems.
  • Represent us at key industry events and conferences.
What You Bring:
  • Proven experience building new accounts and selling through partners/distributors.
  • At least 8 years of smashing sales targets—bonus points if it's in software or data-rich sectors.
  • Deep knowledge of Supply Chain & Logistics—and the tech that keeps it moving.
  • Experience working with resellers, partners, and end users to drive growth.
  • Excellent communication skills, especially when speaking to senior stakeholders and board-level leaders.
  • Understanding of software middleware and how to communicate complex tech simply.
  • Strategic thinking with a creative spark.
  • Confident, curious, and ready to hunt for new opportunities.
