About the Job:

Our client is looking for a Product Quality Specialist to lead the integration and optimisation of SAP systems and drive improvements in quality assurance processes. You will be responsible for:

• Leading the integration of SAP systems, with a focus on SAP Quality Management (QM) and supporting software changes and testing.
• Using business intelligence and analytics tools to identify and prevent quality issues, leveraging predictive analytics to drive innovation.
• Managing user support and providing training on SAP systems and quality management tools.
• Driving continuous improvement across the product lifecycle, collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement best practices.
• Leading the development and deployment of new tools and dashboards to enhance quality management.

About You:

As a Product Quality Specialist, your skills and qualifications will include:

• Operational experience in product quality management.
• Experience working in an aerospace or defence engineering business (preferred but not essential).
• Working knowledge of ERP systems, particularly SAP QM / SAP HANA, with project and change management experience (beneficial but not essential).
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, results-driven attitude.

Location: Bolton, Greater Manchester (hybrid working, 1-2 days on-site per week)
Salary: Circa £45,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Security Clearance: British citizen or dual UK national with British citizenship.
