About the Company:

Investigo is exclusively partnering with a leading provider of business services. Their operations span multiple countries, employing over 2,000 people across various branches. The company is privately equity-backed and aims to continue its rapid growth. Due to this expansion, they are recruiting an FP&A Business Partner to collaborate with the Sales & Marketing teams.

Role Overview:

The newly created role will significantly contribute to the growth of the UK business. Reporting to the Head of FP&A, the successful candidate will support the Business Development Director and Commercial Director with insights, opportunities, and strategic plans to achieve growth targets. They will become a trusted partner to the leadership team and work closely with commercial teams to provide insights and challenge to enhance go-to-market strategies with a customer-first approach.

Responsibilities:
  1. Manage sales & marketing budgeting and forecasting, including sales less materials, sales headcount, and marketing costs.
  2. Oversee P&L performance, identify risks and opportunities, and develop plans to optimize sales and marketing effectiveness and KPIs.
  3. Partner with Business Development and Commercial Directors to instill commercial discipline, achieve targets, and maximize profitability through analysis and insights.
  4. Analyze the profitability of new placements to drive machine service sales that maximize profitability while meeting customer needs.
  5. Provide insights on marketing effectiveness to support investment in inbound lead generation and accelerate business growth.
  6. Produce and distribute monthly insight reports and management presentations.
  7. Develop, refine, and automate reporting tools, models, and dashboards to analyze KPIs related to placements, pricing, margins, and pull reduction, enabling timely and accurate decision-making.
Qualifications:
  • 2-4 years PQE with ACA, CIMA, or ACCA qualification.
  • Experience in fast-paced industries such as Retail, FMCG, or B2B Services within a high-growth environment.
  • Previous experience in FP&A and/or Business Partnering is essential.
