About the Company:

Investigo is exclusively partnering with a leading provider of business services. Their operations cover numerous countries, and the business employs over 2,000 people across multiple branches. Our client is private equity-backed and aims to continue its rapid growth. Due to this growth, they are recruiting an FP&A Business Partner to work alongside the Sales & Marketing channels.

The newly created role will be key in driving UK business growth, reporting to the Head of FP&A, and supporting the Business Development and Commercial Directors with insights, opportunities, and plans to meet growth targets. The successful candidate will become a trusted partner to the leadership team, providing insight and challenge to enhance go-to-market performance with a customer-first focus.

Responsibilities:

• Ownership of sales & marketing budgeting and forecasting, including sales less materials, sales headcount, and marketing costs.
• P&L performance management, identifying risks and opportunities, and creating plans to optimize sales and marketing KPIs.
• Partner with Business Development and Commercial Directors to drive commercial discipline and profitability through analysis and insight.
• Analyze profitability of new placements to drive machine service sales and ensure optimal profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Provide insights on marketing effectiveness to support investment in inbound lead generation for growth.
• Produce and distribute monthly insight reports and management presentations.
• Create, refine, and automate reporting tools, models, and dashboards to analyze KPIs related to placements, pricing, margins, and pulls, enabling timely, data-driven decisions.

Qualifications:

2-4 years PQE (ACA/CIMA/ACCA)

Experience in fast-paced industries such as Retail, FMCG, or B2B Services within a high-growth environment

Previous FP&A and/or Business Partnering experience is essential
