Sysco, whose operating companies include Brakes, Fresh Direct, KFF, and Medina, is recruiting for a Technology Project Manager to join the Technology team on a 2-year fixed-term contract.
What will I be doing?
Reporting to the Supply Chain Portfolio Manager, the Technology Project Manager will lead, plan, and execute projects within the supply chain functional area. Responsibilities include gathering requirements from business stakeholders, planning, and delivering projects on time and within budget. The role involves managing project scope, communication plans, budgets, resources, and timelines, ensuring alignment with governance standards. You will also manage stakeholder engagement, risks, issues, dependencies, and resource constraints, and facilitate the integration of changes into BAU operations and BT services.
This is a home-based role within the UK, with occasional travel across the GB and European Supply Chain network to support workshops and meetings.
Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities:
About you:
You should have extensive experience in delivering complex technology projects in fast-paced environments, preferably within supply chain domains such as Planning, Forecasting, Demand, Vendor Portals, or FMCG/retail sectors. Experience with deploying technologies across multiple facilities, using Agile and Waterfall methodologies, managing testing, and overseeing cutover planning is essential. You should also have strong stakeholder management skills, including engagement at senior levels, and proficiency with project management tools like Jira, Smartsheet, and MS Project.
