Electrical Project Manager - Building Services

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join a highly respected Mechanical and Electrical Building Services contractor based in the Midlands. The company works across multiple sectors including commercial, office fit-out, education, healthcare, retail, and leisure. Typical project values range from £500k to £5m. As a growing MEP Building Services contractor, they provide a full range of Mechanical and Electrical services, from design through to installation and commissioning. Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit an experienced Electrical Project Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage assigned projects, ensuring delivery is safe, on time, and within budget
• Manage project procurement
• Handle technical submissions and approvals of plant and equipment
• Assist in producing risk and method statements
• Manage project finances and adhere to budgets
• Lead and coordinate the site team
• Communicate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to meet project requirements
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and resolve issues
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations throughout the project cycle

Experience and Key Skills:

• Minimum 3 to 5 years' experience as an Electrical Building Services Project Manager or similar role (e.g., Electrical Contracts Manager, M&E Project Manager)
• Experience delivering electrical building services projects ranging from £500,000 to £5,000,000
• Excellent leadership and communication skills

Salary and Benefits:

• Base salary: £55,000
